I want major bass. I want something to rattle the house. I will use the output from my tv for any amps. My real problem is the power converter. I know car amps need a lot of power.

How much does it cost to have a septic system put in?

My wife and I are trying to see how much it is going to be before we order a set of house plans so we know about how much we can afford. Also we are seeing about buying a lot and wanted to know if the lot is priced at $45,000.00 how much should we expect to pay for it, we are only 22 years old and have never bought a lot before. We did buy a house 3 years ago paid no closing costs or anything like that, so I am asuming a lot is going to be the same way. I am in the construction business and all of my home builders told me to expect to pay anywhere from $60 a sq ft to $120 a sq ft depending on appliances and fixtures things of that nature. Figuring in at $80 a sq ft is what we are hoping to build it for and then if the costs rise higher than that we just wait on getting a pool and dip into those funds. The lot has water, electric and phone at the street, does all of what I am saying sound do able?
Home Builder not following contract specs SEER 14 vs SEER13 ac system?

Our new home is almost done and our contract states that a see14 ac system is to be installed. When we checked the tags on the system it clearly states that it is a seer 13 system. When asked our builder states that some components have been upgraded to achieve the seer 14 rating–not to worry and he will provide a dealers certificate stating the 14 rating. We are having a hard time accepting this explanation–please any advice as to how to proceed–thanks in advance!!

Can I use windows 7 for system builders?

I just recently ordered a custom system ( link below) but it didnt come with an OS. I want windows 7 and I opted to not have them add it to the system for $130. I wanted to buy it separately to save a few $$ and to learn something for myself. Newegg offers a 64 bit version of windows 7 home premium for system builders ($94.99 w/promo code) and a windows 7 home premium Full Retail version for $179.99. What’s the difference? I can’t find anything in the reviews or specs that would leave me to believe I can’t use the system builder version. Regardless of which one, it must be a version that can do a clean install. System has no OS. Thanks.
