If you aren’t sure who I am talking about, Chris is the kid with the curly orange fro that was in 25 foster homes (the one Katy perry was a jerk about and said “this isn’t a lifetime movie”)…they showed him at the end of the episode with everyone in the top 24 but they didn’t show him when they showed everyone dancing individually. Public Records Reading- Mortgages, Do home equity loans show or just reverse and second mortgages?

I read public records when doing RE research so I’m wondering. I guess that only second and reverse mortgages show. And why would someone choose a second mortgage vs home equity loan?
Are we saying that a home equity loan automatically shows as a lien?

I build models, and I want to do a diorama scene of the Green Acres main characters’ homes. I will do it in model railroad, HO Scale (1/87:1) scale. I found a book called “TV Sets, Fantasy Plans of TV Show Houses, but the drawings are simple, and have no dimensions. I have a tractor models which will be perfect for Oliver’s “Hoyt Clagwell” (fictional) tractor. I still need an HO scale 1966 Lincoln Continental, and a “C” cab, stake bed truck, of unkown vintage or maker. A mid 60’s Ford Bronco in HO scale would also be nice, but not essential. I have many episodes of the show on tape, so I could estimate dimensions from stills of various scenes. But, actual, dimensioned drawings would be neater. I will build the house, barn, general store, and several others from raw materials (scratch-building). I will use a mix of commercial products, and custom made items for the scenery, the people, furniture, and other details. I am a semi-pro model builder, but I could sure use help.

As for extended accepted ppl into our family – new & ex-wives and their combined kids / relatives – we are more like Reba and Roseanne comedy shows . Y & R – Mrs C’s crowded home for soap but a Tyler Perry movie for family reunions and holidays ! Does yours fit soap / comedy / drama / etc. and which shows or movies ?

I want to attend the premier interior design show and don’t want to just go to local shows. I’m hopeful to find the main event that every professional needs to be at.
Does anyone know how i can get the same interior design as the one on the tv show ‘Girlfriends’?

I love the interior design on girlfriends and I’d like to copy the look. My searches so far only show pictures (very nice that they are) of the stars. I just want a photo of the set – in particular Joan’s apartment so i can copy the look. Thanks!
