hi all.. we have bought a three bedroom, hall, kitchen flat..the total area is 100 sq.m. the hall is rectangular..there is no separate living and dining rooms..that is, we need to arrange both in the hall..one bedroom is with attached toilet…the other two rooms are smaller ones.. we dont want to change the walls etc.since it needs permission from the govt. if you have some simple home decoration ideas please share..

I’m trying to design a website for a good friend’s construction company, Goodwill Builders (“Building for you as we would build for us”).
The guy that runs it believes very much in peace and spirituality and his company has been building portable buildings for the last 15 years, branching into custom homes in the last five years or so. (Pictures of their work can be found at their current site, www.goodwillbuilders.com, but be warned that the site design and layout is terrible. I did not design the monstrosity).
I need help constructing a logo for the business. The message I want to convey is the owner’s philosophy (peace, forgiveness, happiness) but I don’t want to lose the solidness of a construction company. Although I certainly don’t expect anyone to actually design a logo for me, I’d very much appreciate any tips in regard to what color scheme I should use and any specific ideas you have about what the logo (or the entire site) should look like.

Need name ideas for an earth friendly building program… Help!?

We are working on an optional building package that consists of earth friendly/green advantages for new homes. The package will include energy efficient lighting/heating, water saving features, designs that limit waste etc. We’ve been thinking of a name for this program such as True Green (but we’re not truly a green builder, so I think this is misleading) or some around earth friendly…. anyone have any ideas???

I’m trying to stay away from using the word “green”. We are not 100% green so I think that it would be misleading to say green. We are instead trying to do things that are more earth friendly and improve in places that we can improve on.

My husband builds custom homes and he uses pics. as references. What can I get him to keep all of the photos and reference information in to show to new clients? I want it to be better than a photo album, but not too expensive. What do home builders usually use?
