This fan isn’t quite as attractive as it looked on the website. It has a swirl pattern on the glass globes and I either didn’t notice in the photos or it didn’t show up well. We don’t like that swirl effect. Plus, my husband said it wasn’t designed very well and was more difficult to install than other fans we’ve had.

After shopping around to different stores and online, Amazon had the best selections and the best prices. I had no idea that Amazon even sold items like this.

The fan is great. I love it. Especially the remote control!

I’ve been installing a bunch of fans around the house and this one was better in some respects and worse in others. In particular, I did not like the way the stud mount attached to the fan rod. The fan looks great and works similarly well. It came with a remote control that I did not use, but it seemed fine.

My husband and I build one log house per year for sale in the North Carolina mountains near Boone — photo of the house used on the cover of my mystery novel. We put in the Hunter ceiling fans in the bedrooms, loft and dining area. In addition to their beauty, they run smoothly and quietly. The remotes are easy to use and not cumbersome as some models have proved to be. We receive many favorable comments from buyers about these fans. I highly recommend them.

This fan not only looks good but is really easy to put up. Allow for three hours to get all of the parts assembled, but assembly is simple. I highly recommend that your celing box be metal, not plastic due to the weight. No problems with the fan so far!
